Dispute / Chargebacks

This policy outlines our approach to handling chargebacks and disputes (hereinafter "Dispute" or "Disputes"), raised by our customers. Before starting any chargeback or dispute process, please contact us via Discord or email!

ATTENTION: DISPUTES WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION FROM CIRCLE SERVICES. CONTACT US PRIOR TO INITIATING ANY CHARGEBACK OR DISPUTE PROCESSES.

Immediate Response to Disputes:


Upon receiving notification of a Dispute from a payment processor or financial institution, we will initiate an immediate investigation into the matter.
The customer's access to the services we provide will be suspended during the investigation. This is a precautionary measure to protect our business from potential fraud and to ensure the integrity of our services.
- in the event of a Dispute relating to a fraudulent transaction or a Dispute that alleges the cardholder did not authorize the transaction, the account will be indefinitely blocked unless we are able to confirm the transaction was not related to fraud.

Our Investigation:


Our team will review the transaction in question, along with any related account activity. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute in a timely and fair manner, and may contact the customer for additional information if necessary.

Resolution of Dispute:


Unless we are able to contact the customer and come to a resolution, access to services WILL NOT BE RESTORED. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is deemed to be fraudulent, the accounts and Discord servers associated with the customer will be prohibited from accessing our service.

Changes Amendment:


We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
