Why should I donate to Circle?

We don't want anyone to feel obligated to spend their money on Circle, we promise that we are always going to keep the core features of Circle absolutely free for all of our users.

That being said, people who donate to Circle will get extra perks (exclusive plugins, commands, options, etc.) to enhance their experience with Circle.

All the money Circle generates via your donations will go towards maintaining and developing Circle for future updates.

What does "Early Access to New Features" mean?

Circle Premium users will have the ability to utilize new plugins, commands, options, and more before everybody else. Usually, Circle Premium is updated with new features as soon as they are polished and tested, whereas regular Circle is only updated every few months when an entire batch of features are finished and tested. With Circle Premium, you can expect an update every week or 2 with new Circle features which will enhance your server even more. Regular Circle is only updated with these new features every few months, once we've finished off a large batch of updates (all of which would have been available in Circle Premium for months).

Go to the Premium Page.
Pick a tier of Premium.

Our billing portal will open and guide you through the checkout process.

Activate some servers!

Once you've subscribed, you can head to the Account Management Page.

Select the server's you'd like to activate.

You can activate any server that Circle is in, even if you're not an admin!

Invite Circle Premium.

You can invite the Circle Premium bot here. If you're not an admin, you'll have to ask them to invite it for you!

What payment methods are supported?

PayPal (Your account must have a payment method linked since Circle Premium is a reoccurring subscription - this is a PayPal limitation.)

Refund Policy

We want everyone to enjoy their subscription! For that reason, we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee!

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a monthly subscription and are unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund.

For yearly subscriptions, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase for a prorated refund (basically, we will refund you for the remaining months of your subscription).

In cases of fraud, please contact us right away! We will investigate each case carefully and issue a refund if the transaction was not made by you.

Warning: Contacting your bank to chargeback the charge or opening a PayPal dispute may result in your access to Circle being limited. Please try to contact us before opening any type of dispute.
