Circle 3.7 - 12/23/2025
New Features
Moderation Updates
Modlog changes, modlog changes, and more modlog changes! We spent time focusing on updating our modlog system to make it a lot easier for your moderators to check out a users moderation history.
- [NEW] Added "Moderation Overview" page to the
modlogscommand - Gives a brief overview of the user and their moderation history without hogging up all your screen space with their full logs. Includes important details, such as when they joined your server and how many modlogs & notes they have. - [NEW] "Modlogs Sort Order" option. Allows you to change the default sort order of a users' modlogs in the
modlogscommand response. For now, the only sort options are "Newest First (default)" and "Oldest First". - [NEW] "Default Modlogs Page" option. Allows you to choose which page should appear by default in response to the
modlogscommand. For example, if you set this to "Moderation Overview", then themodlogscommand will respond with the moderation overview page and you'd have to press the "View Modlogs" button to switch to the main modlogs page.
modlogs command on a user who has no notes, the command will fall back to the default modlogs response, and there won’t be a "View Notes" button.- The Moderation page on the website also got a little bit of a redesign. Some options were moved and the page looks a little neater now.
Roblox Updates
- [NEW] Ability to edit your verification prompt message! You can edit any part of the message: the content, embed, even the button label, color and emoji.
- [NEW] Ability to disable specific verification log types. Only want Circle logging when someone verifies, but don't want Circle to log anything else Roblox related? You can now pick and choose which logs should get sent to your verification log channel.
- [NEW] Verification log messages customisation - You can now completely change the look of any type of verification log, you can even use variables!
- [NEW] Roblox variables, for use in your custom messages. Check them out here. Don't worry, there's more to come!
- [NEW] Roblox exclusions! You can now exclude specific Roblox users from verifying in your server. What's more, you can even tell Circle to either automatically alert your moderators when an excluded user attemps to verify, or make Circle instantly ban them! If an excluded user attempts to verify, Circle will NOT give them your verified role. Circle will either instantly ban them, or send an alert to your verification log channel, depending on your settings.
Web Improvements & Fixes
- Ability to view embed previews in light theme.
- Streamlined dashboard login for users who have logged in before.
- Added "Servers you can manage ((server count))" to main dashboard page.
- Added an "OWNER" chip to the server icons on the main dashboard page, highlighting servers you own so you can spot them in the list a little easier.
- Added server switcher, making it easier to switch between your server dashboards. Click the little arrows icon near your avatar in the top right, and then pick which dashboard you want to switch to.
- Added "Get Support" button to server dashboards for ease of access.
- Improved the look of a few dashboard pages. They're a little easier on the eyes, and some pages (such as the Moderation plugin page) now have brand new sections for different groups of options.
- Improved the look of all role dropdowns (for example, "Allowed/Ignored Roles" dropdowns). They now show the icons of your roles. If a role doesn't have an icon, it will show a default icon instead, and it'll use the colors of your roles to color all icons. This will make it easier to spot which roles you are looking for when scrolling through any role dropdown.
- Similar to the above update, channel dropdowns now have icons too. Each channel in the dropdown will have an icon corresponding to the type of channel it is.
- Fixed Logging page not allowing you to save changes anymore (forcing you to reload) if something went wrong (for example, if you chose an invalid option in one of the settings).
- Fixed a few typos.
Bot Fixes
- Fixed slash commands not working in voice channel chats or stage channels.
- Fixed
c!saynot allowing you to usec!say [channel] [message]to forward a message to a voice or stage channel.
